Philadelphia, PA 19104 As part of BIA's 7th Annual Housing Conference, Michael will participate in a panel discussion entitled "What Sells?" covering financing, marketing large and small scale development, and sustainability in today's housing market. The conference, which will focus on re-energizing Philadelphia's housing market, also features updates on city zoning reform and housing policy, a Philadelphia housing market forecast, a presentation on the University of Pennsylvania's plans to establish new connections between the Penn campus, its neighbors, and Center City, and a keynote address by Andrew Altman, City of Philadelphia Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development and Director of Commerce.
