Description:

Topics to be covered include OSHA Region III's local emphasis programs, which include areas such as hexavalent chromium, residential construction, oil and gas, and bloodborne pathogens. We will also discuss the expected changes and future focus at OSHA, and how decisions regarding inspections, enforcement and penalties are made.
