NJ Water Quality Management Planning Rule Revisions Finalized

Comprehensive changes to the New Jersey Water Quality Management Planning Rules were finalized by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection ("NJDEP") on May 22. The final rule has not been published, but is scheduled to appear in the July 7 New Jersey Register. The rules, which address the process for development, revision, and amendment of water quality and wastewater management plans, will have a significant impact on development in the state.
