Gross, a partner with the environmental, energy and land use law firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP ("MGKF"), will lead a national teleconference entitled "Environmental Concerns with Secured Collateral" sponsored by the National Business Institute ("NBI"). Gross will address key elements that the audience, including real estate and foreclosure attorneys as well as lenders and mortgage issuers, needs to know to mitigate lender liability, including CERCLA liability protections, tips for good record-keeping and lender management, as well as best practices for dealing with properties with potential environmental risks.
