Todd D. Kantorczyk of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP Presented National Webinar for Association of Corporate Counsel's Environmental & Sustainability Committee

Philadelphia, PA (July 14, 2011) – Todd D. Kantorczyk, a partner with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP ("MGKF"), the environmental, energy and land use law firm based in Bala Cynwyd, PA, presented a webcast entitled "Environmental Compliance: Enforcement Actions on the Rise" on behalf of the Association of Corporate Counsel's ("ACC's") Environmental & Sustainability Committee. The webcast was held July 14 at 1:00 p.m. ET. Kantorczyk outlined Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act ("EPCRA") compliance requirements to help companies reduce the risk of enforcement actions. EPCRA, a federal program, is partially implemented (and sometimes made more stringent) by state and local legislation so it is critical for corporate and in-house counsel to understand how their companies many be impacted.
