Meredith DuBarry Huston Presented on Green Building and Green Leases at "Landlord-Tenant Law: Beyond the Basics"

Philadelphia, PA (July 16, 2010) – Meredith DuBarry Huston of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), the environmental and energy law firm, was one of the panelists who spoke at the "Landlord-Tenant Law: Beyond the Basics" continuing education seminar. It was presented by Sterling Education Services, Inc., on Tuesday, July 13 at the Hilton Harrisburg. Huston, a LEED® Accredited Professional, spoke to the participants about green building rating systems, green lease agreements, and the legal issues faced by landlords and tenants who enter into green leases.
