Philadelphia, PA (October 6, 2009) – Jonathan Rinde, Brenda Hustis Gotanda and Meredith DuBarry Huston, attorneys with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), recently spoke on "Legal Aspects of Low Impact and Green Development" at the 2009 Annual Conference of PA Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA). The conference, "Investing In a Sustainable Future," was held at the Dolce Valley Forge hotel in King of Prussia, Pa.

"Legal Aspects of Low Impact and Green Development" covered topics including the new LEED Version 3, the legal risks and liabilities associated with green building, and legal requirements for conservation easements and environmental covenants in low impact and green development.
